Unicambio is closely following the COVID-19 Pandemic crisis. We know that we play a relevant role in supporting countless families, by sending and receiving values, which more than ever matter that they reach national and international recipients in a timely manner. This is our usual commitment, which we now reinforce at a time of special demand.
In this sense, Unicambio keeps all its activity and branch network in operation, although with slight adjustments to the opening hours of some of our service stations. To avoid additional inconvenience, check availability at www.unicambio.pt/pt/balcoes/ or by the toll free number: 800 50 60 66.
Since the beginning of this pandemic situation, we have been attentive to the recommendations of national and international health entities, in order to safeguard the health and well-being of our teams and also of all those who visit our facilities.
We monitor the evolution of COVID-19 and, if necessary, we will reinforce measures to minimize the impacts of this pandemic.
The following measures were adopted at all of our branches:
- We reinforce cleaning services at our counters;
- We share specific instructions to our employees on the hygiene measures to be adopted;
- We ensure contingency plans for branches, also providing for replacement teams;
We also adopted extraordinary measures, in accordance with the contingency plan, at the counters in order to avoid crowds of people as determined by the DGS and the Portuguese Government.
We want to guarantee your safety and that of the other customers who rely on our services.
We recommend that you follow the individual measures disseminated by DGS, which will certainly contribute to an indispensable security environment.
We take the opportunity to reiterate that the recommendations of the Health Authorities and the Portuguese Government are being applied and reinforced, and their monitoring is also carried out on a daily basis.
